Every Wednesday in collaboration with Adelante Jeffco and Jefferson County Public Health, we are providing 465 CFAP farm to families boxes to 11th Ave Head Start until the end of October. Head Start families will be served at 2pm, then it is open to the public at 3pm. It is first come first serve, while supplies last. No ID required and your information will not be shared (no public charge).

For social distancing measures, please stay in your vehicle and unlock your trunk. Adelante Jeffco promotorx will check you in and community members will load boxes into your vehicle. It’s quite the service.
